Fujipoly Introduces Sarcon 45-YR-a Thin Film with a Thermal Conductivity of 2.2 W/m.K

Sarcon®-45-YR-a
Sarcon® 45-YR-a is a V-0 rated, 0.45 mm thick advanced silicone material that effectively eliminates near-microscopic air gaps that exist between a heat source such as a high-performance semiconductor and a nearby heatsink.

The Sarcon 45-YR-a Thin Film is available in rolls or can be die-cut to the required specification. It is suitable for applications that operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +150°C. The film features a thermal resistance as low as .33°C•in2/W. It is fabricated from a silicone material with a thickness of 0.45 mm and eliminates the near-microscopic air gaps exist between the heat source and nearby heat sink.

High-Performance Thin Film
Carteret, NJ —Tuesday, November 27, 2018—Fujipoly® offers a high-performance thin film that delivers a thermal conductivity of 2.2 W/m•K with a thermal resistance as low as .33°C•in2/W.

Sarcon® 45-YR-a is a V-0 rated, 0.45 mm thick advanced silicone material that effectively eliminates near-microscopic air gaps that exist between a heat source such as a high-performance semiconductor and a nearby heat sink. By increasing surface area contact, it is possible to measurably improve the cooling performance of the heatsink.

Sarcon® 45-YR-a is recommended for applications with operational temperatures that range from -40°C to +150°C and is available in rolls or can be die-cut to your exact specification requirements.
